Mishal Karedia

Mishal earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently completing her Master’s in Professional Counseling as she works toward becoming both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, relationships, and personal growth.

Mishal primarily works from a Narrative Therapy and Relational-Cultural Therapy approach, helping clients better understand the stories they carry about themselves while fostering deeper connection, authenticity, and healing in their relationships. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual and values working alongside clients as a supportive partner in their journey toward meaningful change.

She is especially interested in supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, cultural identity, and personal growth. Mishal integrates person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally aware perspectives into her work and values helping clients recognize how past experiences may shape the present without defining their future.

Outside of counseling, Mishal enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
