Life can be challenging. You may be experiencing a difficult time right now, but i’m here to help. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use and have over seven years of
experience working with diverse individuals of all ages, and LGBTQIA+ populations. I am especially passionate about working with victims of domestic violence and those struggling with homelessness.

My approach to counseling is non-judgemental and open-minded, and I believe everyone’s voice is important. As your counselor, we will work through those hard conversations together. You deserve to feel heard, valued, and supported. To achieve this, I practice a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques with an emphasis on humanism and mindfulness. Let’s get started on your journey of healing, together.
