Jana Ramchander, LCSW
Jana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting
individuals and families across educational and community settings. She believes
everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard, understood, and
supported—especially during times of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. Jana
works with children, teens, young adults, women, and families navigating anxiety,
depression, grief and loss, trauma, and major life changes.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. She focuses on helping
clients feel comfortable and understood while building practical coping skills and
moving toward healing, connection, and greater confidence. Jana draws from
evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational
Interviewing, and strength-based practices, tailoring her work to meet each person’s
unique needs and lived experiences.
Jana sees therapy as a partnership. Whether you are going through a difficult time or
simply looking to grow, she offers a supportive space to explore what may be holding
you back, strengthen what is already within you, and move toward a life that feels more
balanced, connected, and true to who you are.
Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Watson. She
especially loves exploring local trails and trying new restaurants and food trucks.
