Breeze Cervantes, PhD, LPC

Dr. Cervantes is a bilingual counselor with more than ten years of experience helping individuals
navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. In addition to her clinical work, she spent five years
teaching college courses, where she honed her skills in educating, mentoring, and guiding
others through personal and professional growth. Her extensive background allows her to
combine practical knowledge with compassion, creating a supportive environment where clients
feel understood and empowered.

Her therapeutic style is supportive and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices
such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. In her sessions,
clients can expect a safe and empowering space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and
strengthen resilience. She incorporates cultural responsiveness throughout her work, honoring
clients’ unique values, lived experiences, and identities.

As a bilingual counselor, Dr. Cervantes is dedicated to making therapy both accessible and
culturally attuned. She brings transparency, encouragement, and a strengths-based approach to
each session, helping clients increase self-awareness and confidence in their ability to manage
life’s difficulties.

Outside of her professional role, Dr. Cervantes enjoys exploring hiking trails, experimenting with
creative recipes, and curating meaningful travel experiences that allow her to connect with
different cultures.
