Allison Quinones, LCSW
Allison deeply values the therapeutic relationship. She meets every individual where they are at, with genuine care and interest. Often coming to therapy is a big step and can create anxiety, she recognizes this and will take the pace that is comfortable for you and will gently nudge in the right direction as needed.
Allison collaborates with each individual and works to create a meaningful relationship. She wants to help you work towards your goals and have new skills & insights to take away at the end of your time together. She truly believes in the healing power of relationships and feels privileged to share in the lives of her clients.

Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and person-centered. "I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and a chance to make positive life changes." Allison's focus areas include: anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual abuse & religious trauma, faith deconstruction, infertility, postpartum issues, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation.
Allison is happy to offer you a free 15-minute phone consultation to briefly meet and see if she may be a good fit for you. She recognizes that starting or returning to therapy is hard, and it is important to her that this is the best fit for you.
"I support my clients in regaining a sense of empowerment over their lives, rebuilding their strengths and resilience to face life's challenges and stressors."
